Location & Accessibility:
Our campsite is located at the foothills of the historic Barabar and Nagarjuna Hills in the Jehanabad district of Bihar.
Approximate Driving Time:
From Patna: 2.5 - 3 hours
From Gaya: 1 - 1.5 hours
The final approach to the campsite is via a scenic rural road. Precise Google Maps coordinates and directions will be shared upon booking confirmation. We can also arrange private taxi services from Patna or Gaya upon request.
Best Season to Celebrate:
Post-Monsoon & Winter (October to March): This is the ideal season. The weather is pleasant and comfortable for trekking, nights are cool and perfect for bonfires, and the skies are clear for stargazing.
Monsoon Season (July to September): This season offers a unique charm with lush green landscapes and a misty, magical atmosphere. Please note that treks can be slippery, and while we have rain-proof common areas, outdoor activities may be adjusted based on the weather.
Accommodation & Facilities:
Tents: Your private dome/Alpine tent comes equipped with comfortable bedding, pillows, and blankets for a cozy night's sleep.
Washrooms: Clean, hygienic, and eco-friendly common washroom facilities (with running water) are available a short walk from the main camping area.
Food & Dietary Needs:
The package includes a welcome drink, evening snacks, dinner, and the next day's breakfast.

Safety & Guidance:
Your safety is our top priority. All trekking and outdoor activities are conducted under the supervision of our experienced and certified local guides.
A comprehensive first-aid kit is always available at the campsite and is carried by our guides during treks. The campsite is well-lit and secure during the night.
Suggested Packing List:
Sturdy, comfortable walking or trekking shoes with good grip.
Weather-appropriate clothing (light layers and a jacket for winter; a light raincoat for monsoon).
A personal torch or headlamp is highly recommended.
Any personal medication you may require.
A power bank for charging your electronic devices.
A valid Government-issued Photo ID.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation:
All customized birthday packages require a minimum of 7 days advance booking to ensure proper arrangements.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
