Departure: 5:00 AM Sharp | Vehicle: Force Traveller AC Mini Bus

Starting Point: R Block, Patna | Ending Point: R Block, Patna

Your Adventure at a Glance:

• 5:00 AM: The Grand Departure

  • Your adventure begins at R Block, Patna. As you board the comfortable AC Mini Bus, you will be greeted with your personal Welcome Kit, containing a newspaper for the journey, a fresh water bottle, and a packet of snacks to enjoy as we head out of the city before sunrise.

• 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Spiritual Start at Maa Tarachandi Dham

  • Our first destination is the revered Maa Tarachandi Shakti Peeth in Sasaram. After the long drive, we will take a refreshing break here. You will have ample time for darshan and to offer puja at this ancient and powerful temple, starting our day with a sense of peace and divine blessings.

• 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Chasing Cascades: Manjhar Kund & Dhuan Kund

  • Prepare to be mesmerized! We'll journey to the twin waterfalls of Manjhar Kund and Dhuan Kund. During the monsoon, these falls are a spectacular sight, cascading with force and creating a fine mist (dhuan) that gives one of them its name. Feel the spray on your face and capture the raw beauty of these seasonal wonders.

• 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Journey to Kaimur & Lunch Break

  • We proceed towards the majestic Kaimur range. On the way, we will stop at a suitable local restaurant for a delicious and energizing lunch. (Cost of lunch is not included, allowing you to choose your own meal).

• 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Durgawati Dam & River Safari

  • Witness the impressive engineering and stunning natural beauty of the Durgawati Dam. The vast reservoir, set against the backdrop of the lush Kaimur hills, is a sight to behold. Here, we will embark on an exciting River Safari, offering panoramic views and a unique perspective of the landscape from the water.

• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: The Shergarh Fort Trek

  • Our final adventure is a trek to the historic Shergarh Fort. Perched strategically in the hills, this fort, built by Sher Shah Suri, is a hidden gem. We will undertake a short trek to explore its fascinating ruins and enjoy commanding views of the surrounding region.

  • Please Note: The duration and extent of the trek will depend on daylight and our overall pace throughout the day to ensure a safe return.

• 5:30 PM: Commencement of Return Journey

  • As the sun begins to set, we will re-board our bus and begin the journey back to Patna, filled with the day's incredible memories.

• 10:00 PM (Approximate): Arrival in Patna

  • We will arrive back at R Block, Patna, concluding our whirlwind tour of Rohtas and Kaimur's monsoon treasures.
