• By booking a camping activity with BAECB HILL'S (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

• The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Personal Information Collection

• We collect basic information (name, contact, email, ID proof) during booking.

• Your data is used only for event registration, updates, and customer service.

7. Medical Conditions & Fitness

• Participants must inform organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before booking.

• The company does not provide medical assistance beyond basic first aid.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event: 90% refund.

• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund.

• If the event is canceled by the company due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants can choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

6. Weather & Event Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns.

• In case of postponement, the participant will be notified, and a new date will be provided.

4. Safety & Liability

• Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from organizers.

• Personal belongings are the participant’s responsibility; the company is not liable for loss or damage.

• Alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity are strictly prohibited during the event.

• The company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or natural calamities occurring during the event.

• Full payment or a minimum 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

• Remaining payment (if applicable) must be cleared before the event start.

• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect nature, local culture, and fellow participants.

• Littering is strictly prohibited – participants must dispose of waste responsibly.

• Any misbehavior, harassment, or disruption will lead to immediate removal from the event without a refund.

2. Data Protection & Security

• We ensure data privacy and do not sell or share your personal details with third parties.

• Secure payment gateways are used for transactions.

3. Cookies & Tracking

• Our website may use cookies for a better user experience but does not store sensitive information.
